For families enrolled in the Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP) through the state of Georgia, FIMA HomeCare proudly provides in-home services that align with approved care plans. GAPP offers skilled and unskilled nursing and personal care support for medically fragile children who qualify for Medicaid. Our team works closely with families to ensure services are delivered consistently, compassionately, and in full coordination with program requirements — helping children receive the care they need while remaining safely at home.
