Koyanfing Kouyate-Toni is the founder, owner, and guiding force behind FIMA HomeCare. Her journey into home care began with a deep desire to serve others while creating a meaningful, lasting impact within her community.
From the very beginning, Koyanfing envisioned a care agency that would feel personal — where individuals and families were treated with dignity, compassion, and genuine respect. Her passion for caregiving, paired with her entrepreneurial spirit, led her to establish FIMA HomeCare in 2006 — turning a lifelong dream into a purpose-driven organization.
As a wife and mother, Koyanfing understands the importance of trust, safety, and reliability. These values continue to shape how FIMA HomeCare operates today, ensuring every client receives care that feels like family.
